SUPspot — Privacy Policy

SUPspot ("we", "the app") is a map-first community app for stand-up paddleboarders. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: info@supspot.app.

Data we collect

How we use and share data

We use your data only to provide and improve the app's features.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising tracking.
We use trusted service providers as data processors: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications), Google/Apple (sign-in), Sentry (crash reporting), and weather providers (Open-Meteo). Your data may be processed on their servers outside your country.
Content you choose to make public (spots, reviews, photos, events, community messages, and the live "I'm on the water" location) is visible to other users of the app.
Anonymous trail contribution: after an "I'm on the water" session, a simplified, anonymized copy of your paddle trail (with the first and last ~100 m removed for privacy) is used to help build community route suggestions, as described in our Terms of Use. Resulting routes carry no user attribution and are only created when several users' trails agree.

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted

Messages are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored securely, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not share highly sensitive information in messages.

"I'm on the water" (live location)

This feature is a best-effort convenience share, not a rescue or safety system. Sharing starts only when you choose, has an absolute time limit, and stops automatically. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.

Your rights

Delete your account and data at any time from Settings → "Delete my account" (removes your profile, content, and personal data), or email us.
Download your data from Settings → "Download my data".
Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@supspot.app. We respond within 30 days.

Data security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account (some backups/logs may persist briefly). Live location is deleted automatically after each session.

Children

SUPspot is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.

Veriyi nasıl kullanır ve paylaşırız

Verini yalnızca uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak ve geliştirmek için kullanırız.
Verini satmayız ve reklam takibi için kullanmayız.
Güvenilir hizmet sağlayıcıları veri işleyen olarak kullanırız: Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, depolama, bildirim), Google/Apple (giriş), Sentry (çökme raporu), hava sağlayıcıları (Open-Meteo). Verin ülkendışı sunucularda işlenebilir.
Herkese açık yaptığın içerik (nokta, yorum, fotoğraf, etkinlik, topluluk mesajı ve canlı "Sudayım" konumu) diğer kullanıcılarca görülebilir.
Anonim iz katkısı: "Sudayım" oturumu bittiğinde kürek izinin sadeleştirilmiş ve anonimleştirilmiş bir kopyası (gizlilik için baş ve son ~100 m'si atılarak) Kullanım Şartları'nda açıklandığı üzere topluluk rota önerilerinin oluşmasında kullanılır. Oluşan rotalarda kullanıcı adı yer almaz; rota ancak birden çok kullanıcının izi örtüşünce doğar.

Mesajlar uçtan uca şifreli değildir

Mesajlar aktarımda (HTTPS) şifrelenir ve güvenli saklanır, ancak uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Lütfen çok hassas bilgileri mesajla paylaşmayın.

"Sudayım" (canlı konum)

Bu özellik en-iyi-çaba bir kolaylık paylaşımıdır, kurtarma veya güvenlik sistemi değildir. Paylaşım yalnız sen başlatınca çalışır, mutlak süre sınırı vardır ve otomatik durur. Acil durumda daima yerel acil servisi ara (112 / Sahil Güvenlik 158).

Haklarınız

Hesabını ve verilerini sil: Ayarlar → "Hesabımı Sil" (profil, içerik ve kişisel verilerini kaldırır) ya da bize e-posta at.
Verilerini indir: Ayarlar → "Verilerimi İndir".
Erişim, düzeltme veya silme için info@supspot.app. 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

Veri güvenliği & saklama

Veri aktarımda şifrelenir. Hesabın aktifken verini saklar, hesabını silince sileriz (bazı yedek/loglar kısa süre kalabilir). Canlı konum her oturumdan sonra otomatik silinir.

Çocuklar

SUPspot çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkendeki asgari yaş) olmalısın.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Kullanmaya devam etmen güncellemeyi kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
